Ask your commune/gemeente.

We both received postcards telling us to visit the commune with our existing cards, suitable photographs (which must meet the Belgian passport standards with a white background) and the required fee (± €20). Two photographs each were required, one to facilitate production of the new card and one to produce a temporary ID letter as the old cards had to be surrendered. Just under a fortnight later, letters arrived telling us to go to the commune to collect our new cards (and surrender the temporary ID letter).

We weren't asked for them but you would be wise to take your passport with you each time as we live in a small commune and are known personally by all the staff (which obviously wouldn't be the case somewhere larger).

If you have heard nothing, say, 3 weeks before expiry date you should certainly be proactive and visit the commune.

Actually I want know about new law for intergate in society. What is this. And how we can prove itergate in society. Is this law for permanent resident holder or it is for new resident mean first time if somebody apply for card.

Go to your borough hall and ask. (or visit them online).

Social integration basically means that you have a job and are earning enough money to keep yourself and any dependents.

@Kashif: Normally social integration(Inburgering) is language courses (A1 or maybe even A2) + classes you attend to know about life in Belgium. Ask this in your local commune. As far as I know here was no need for Inburgering for PR card B bu confirm this with your local city hall. Usually card B is renewed without any extra documentation, of course you should not have a bad Police record etc but get the latest details from your city hall.

@Becasse: I think the working part you mention is called Economic Participation required for nationality, not for PR.
