How to handle bed bug?

Hi, I have a serious problem in my flat. Three days ago, I found a small insect on my leg and now sure it was a bedbug. Horrified and worried a lot. I do not speak french and dutch to search what I can do to remove these horrible bug.
Like B&B in states, is there a special shop to buy bedbug spray and matress cover? Unfortunately not possible to find any other symtons such as aggs, black spots nesr the bed. Please help me to get out of this mess.
