house I lived for 20 years owned by Belgacom

I lived in this house in Rhode st Genese since 1993 till 2001 when I divorced my ex coz of his infidelity then went back being manipulated when he picked me from the airport bringing my young daughter and niece but brought me instead to the same house which I protested but my daughter being tired of commuting from Ixelles going to her school and always late says maybe he changed as he called everyday and MAYBE he changed so we moved back on 2004 but like the past he was involved with vulnerable young blacks, 40 years younger in gare du nord like the first fling.
My question, I wanted the house on my name before but he says the rent would go high and trusting him I paid in cash each month, then after 2 years I recieved an asap eviction and when confronted he says in July 15 2014 in court he will pay the 2 years of rent and would request the court to remove my alimony before his salary goes to his bank. I didn't believe him coz he lied too much so I took a lawyer who represented me but didn't tell me if I wanted to be in court with her during the hearings. Now in a week is the judgement, again I requested my intention to be presnt but my lawyer never responded! Any Belgian lawyers out there to help me out, am begging/pleading to please give advice soon! Thank you! Jenny
