Question

For connecting some equipment, I need to know which is the live and which is the neutral wire. The ground is as expected yellow. The other wires, one is blue and the other is green.

What are you connecting up?

How do you know yellow is ground? Does it say so? It's impossible to tell you over the internet but I would have thought the green was the earth/ground, blue was neutral and yellow live.

You shouldn't really attempt unless you know for sure.
