Home insurance

I'm trying to find comprehensive home insurance cover. Contents insurance is not a problem but very few policies in Belgium cover structural issues and problems other than fire or storm damage. Exclusions tend to include subsidence and deterioration of the property with age. Although there are no problems with the structure, it's an old house so I'd like to get covered for future problems. Grateful for any recommendations for specialist insurers which might issue a specific policy for this. If none exist in Belgium and anybody has used a UK insurer for this purpose then that would also be helpful.
