Help in Professional Card

Question

Hi,

I am from India working here in Brussels. I have applied for Professional card to work as a freelancer with the help of Xerius. I have received a questions from www.servicepublic.brussels team, the questions are in French and Some questions are not straight forward to answer like(Quel est votre plan financier sur 3ans). My question is can somebody guide me or point me to some contact who can help me? Also i came to know i need to contact lawyer and accountant not sure. Please help!

Knowing where the money is coming from and having a rough idea of where it's going to go really is the most basic of questions. If you can't answer that one, you're not going to get a Professional card.

You maybe able to ask your employers if they have people who deal with these formalities.
J one maybe able to predict the next month but for all we know the questioner is here on a trial or an extendable contract and my not know how to explain that so why do you find it necessary to read their question and make remarks like this? They are asking for advice not criticism.
