There is something that is done at the gym in Wezembeek-Oppem so not far away but i do not know the details.

There's a organisation called the Gympies all in Flemish they meet in term time in Hoeilaart in the sport centre on a Saturday morning different timing depends on the age. All in Flemish but the instructor do speak some English. They are a good place to start for a fun practice and not so expensive to join.
