Grand Design

Morning all, I would be interested in a large renovation project similiar to those that you might see on Grand Designs ... but of course first i need to find a project! Ideally looking for an old factory, old shop or something just a bit different!

Can anyone recommend some places to start my seach or even an Architect that i can work with?
