Foreign Affairs opens emergency hotline after Barcelona attack

Among the fatal victims of Thursday's terror attack in Barcelona is one “Dutch-speaking Belgian woman”, confirms federal foreign affairs minister Didier Reynders. The Belgian Consulate has contacted the family and the death has been confirmed by the Guardia Civil.
