Five Guys burger chain to open first Belgian restaurant
American fast food chain Five Guys intends to open 40 restaurants across Belgium, with its first opening next month in Antwerp.
The hamburger joint - which Barack Obama once described as serving "the best burgers in the world" - will open on De Keyserlei in Antwerp on 5 February, having already launched in Paris and London.
With its slogan "Create your taste", Five Guys offers four types of burger with about 20 toppings to choose from, allowing customers to create their own peronalised burger, along with a large portion of classic or spicy fries. The products are fresh and prepared to order.
The fast food chain also offers more than a dozen different soda brands that can be customised with flavours such as vanilla or cherry. Belgian prices for a meal will range from about €15 to €22.

First Burger King, now 5 Guys. Good stuff.. I'm with Obama on this one. Hopefully this injection of quality will finally start to push Quick to either improve or disappear.
So when/where will it be opening in the capital of Belgium, Brussels?
Great, another decent burger place. For too long we've had to put up with McDonalds or Quick.
