Question

Does anyone know whether it is easy to put an extractor (in addition to the existing ventilator) in a toilet, if it is not the highest floor? What would the cost be? Thanks

Your question isn't completely clear, but if you have an existing ventilation duct, then you can add on an electric extractor fan. You can buy them at brico for around 45-50 euros. You do need to connect it to the electricity supply.
