Enlarge Silver ring

I have a silver ring that is a tad too tight on my finger. I would like to get it slightly enlarged. Can anyone recommend a place in Brussels that would do it? In the US I've seen it done at street vendors, basically they place the ring on a metal cylinder and tap lightly with a little hammer till the circumference of the ring gets bigger.
