Giving food away in memory of someone who had passed away

Hi, I want to give away dry or cooked food to someone in need, in memory of someone who died recently. This is a tradition (i.e. offerings) we follow in my country. Does anyone by chance know some person or perhaps an institution such as for homeless people where I can provide food. I am not intending to donate any money as that's not the custom.

Many thanks for any assistance!

samusocial.be and shoe-box.be, they both collect food for homeless people.
