We had an electronic item repaired in the US under warranty and they shipped it back quickly. The problem is that it got stuck at the DSV logistics clearing house a few weeks back. They said that they sent it to Bpost international for delivery and of course they have not heard of it. DSV does not answer the phone or emails now. Anyone have any idea of what to do next?

I think Bpost has taken over from DSV and that's why all the numbers have changed. You can call 02 2762024 (Bpost) and they speak english as well, give them your shipment number and they will help you out. email address is bpi.csclearance@bpost.be.

I heard from Bpost that it was the other way when I called them. Thank you for answering, I was wondering if anyone else has had troubles with DSV.
