Question

Thinking about setting up employment/recruitment agency in Brussels, aimed at persons who are 45 years or older. Can anybody give me some advise on this? What companies might be interested in employing a mature person to do the job? Is there a market for this? Thanks in advance.

Personally I think it is a good idea you have there, a nice niche market. The problem is the amount of jobs currently available. I think it is only going to get worse over the next few months. It could work for you , but I have doubts regarding demand from employers. Lets see what others here think. Good luck.
