Dorian Dumont trio
Mister Ellington (1899-1974) leaves behind him an incomparable and indestructible work.
In jazz he is a giant among the giants. But when we speak about Duke Ellington we also have to evoke Billy Strayhorn, composer and arranger, whom he called his "alter-égo". Together they compose numerous "standards". To pay tribute in this duet, at least a trio was needed. Benjamin, Dorian and Mathieu got down to it, in a very personal way, to have fun around the common work of both accomplices, bottomless pit of inspiration.
