They are a mediation service.

No personal experience of them, however it is a mediation service, so the idea is that they assist you through mediation to come to your divorce agreement with your spouse. This is far better (and cheaper) than going to a lawyer.

Unless physical abuse is involved, divorce in Belgium is "no fault", it doesn't matter who did what. The courts / judge is not going to apportion blame, and they will not intervene in any agreement the two of you reach about your divorce.

All you have to do is have an agreement with your spouse over your divorce (agree what's going to happen to property, money, etc.) and then a judge will divorce you. (if you have kids, the agreement will have to cover them)

You can either come to that agreement yourselves, and have a notaire write it up for you to present to the judge, or you can go to a mediation service like the one you've named (there are other mediation services out there), who will help you write up your agreement.

If you are unable to come to an agreement, you'd have to hire lawyers who would then argue your case with your spouse's lawyers, but eventually a judge will impose a settlement on you both.

Clearly the first example is the easiest and lowest cost, the third example could take months / years and cost you tens of thousands.
