Dell Desktop Computer

In Flanders we have places called Kringloopwinkel, they take furniture, computers etc and make sure they're in good order before selling them on to people at a low cost. I'm sure where ever you are in Belgium there will be somewhere like that (sorry, I don't know the French for it).
