Customs rates - Export to S.America

I need rather urgently details of a company that can advise the duties that will be payable on exporting electronics from Belgium to several different S.American countries. ie an organisation that will state what we will pay -- this would be business to business delivery

Ive searched endlessly online for rates and it is not clear at all - and I need to have near exact figures
