Culture of the EU institutions
Question
My question is simple:
How would you describe the culture of the EU institutions?
I'm especially interested in anything you can tell me about diversity (of race/religion/ethncity/sexuality), gender roles, and to what extent political views and social class/educational background make a difference when working there.
