Cost and time of l’état des lieux
Question
I was wondering if anyone know how long it takes more or less to do a l’état des lieux for a 75 square meter 2 bedroom flat that is newly constructed? How much does it cost approximately?
Is it normal that it is someone from the renting agency that perform the l’état des lieux? How can you then possibly know that you are paying half?
