Question

What are the implications of using the Commune Mediateur? The tenant downstairs trashed his flat up at 3am and is noisy every night. His mother, the owner of his flat, is cooperative but doesn't appreciate that the rest of the house has had enough. What are people's experiences of the Commune Mediateur in this type of case?

There is no "commune mediateur" in Belgium!
You will need to go to the police and filed a claim against them for "tapage nocturne".
