Colruyt has big plans for Bio-Planet in Brussels

12:00 07/04/2015

Belgian supermarket chain Colruyt is in full expansion, and has plans for at least two new Brussels locations for its popular organic supermarket chain Bio-Planet as from 2016. New branches of the organic and health-food store are set to open in Uccle, not far from Calevoet station, as well as in the centrally located Dansaert district, reports brusselnieuws.be. Colruyt will also open its first Brussels office for Bio-Planet next year.

Bio-Planet already has several stores in the outskirts of Brussels, including Dilbeek, Grimbergen and Nossegem. A new branch opened last week in Groot-Bijgaarden’s new business and shopping park, and another will open soon in Halle.

Colruyt’s Bio-Planet has an extensive supermarket supply of around 7,000 organic and ecological products, including fruits and vegetables, bread, meat, pasta and drinks, as well as cleaning products, books and makeup.
