Our landlord recently arranged for our water tank and boiler to be replaced. The plumber arrived without giving notice and didn't protect the areas where work was to be carried out. We have been left with 2 areas in the house which have a lot of dust and dirt as a result of drilling. Who is responsible for the cleaning required?
