Clean, reasonable bed and breakfast needed

Hello,

I have just moved to Belgium from the UK and I have a number of family members who want to come and visit me.
I am not able to accommodate them where I am, so I am wondering if anyone can recommend a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced bed and breakfast / hotel in a relatively central area, or at least close to a Metro stop?
