Claiming Pension

Question

I am a Belgian national but am immigrating abroad. I have worked in Belgium for about 4 years.
Can I claim my pension as a lump sum now?
I am 43 so not at retirement age yet.
Thanks for the feedback

This is absolutely not the place to ask such a question.
My mutuelle has regular sessions to advise on pensions at the local branch office. Check out whether your mutuelle offers the same service.
