Certificate in French

Question

For citizenship, I need to get an A2 Certificate in French. My French is easily good enough for this, but I am finding it difficult to find somewhere where I can take the test and get the actual certificate. The commune gave me a couple of links. Some didn't answer at all, one spent 20 minutes passing me round 5 different people and then the phone went dead!
So I need advice on where to take the exam and get the certificate.
Thanks

Actiris provides tests that are recognised by the Belgian municipalities, you will receive the results and certificate upon finishing the test, and it's free!
I did my dutch language test there and my citizinship was granted.

You must call and make an appointment for a test in their office at Boulevard Anspach.
