Car Free Sunday??

Hi, I just wanted to see whether others were also annoyed about the cars driving today on a "car free Sunday". I was out with two young children and found it as dangerous as always, since so many cars were on the roads and also drove very fast! Did you experience the same? There should be no cars at all, not even taxis (unless for an emergency, police, firemen and of course ambulance). Why were there so many "exceptions" and why do busses need to drive in hell speed???
