cancel my affiliation with the Mutuelle (Euromut)

Hello Xpats,

I am leaving the country and would like to cancel my affiliation with the Mutuelle (Euromut). I have written to them several times to ask how I go about doing this, but they aren't replying to me. I can't find the information on their website.

Does anyone have any first hand experience of how I do this?
