Buying grain alcohol

Question

Hi all, having just made some vodka infusion similar to limoncello for other half birthday, I have been reading that what the Italians use is pure grain alcohol and that its sold in Italy for this purpose. Anyone know if you can something like this legally get this here? If so whereo they sell it? I'd like to try with the grain alcohol if I could. Yes I know drinking it pure is hazardous. You add a water syrup to the citrus infusion after making it before bottling.

I would have thought that this place would be your best bet -

They do retail and trade sales.

You can get bottles of 96 % pure ethyl alcohol from any bigger supermarket; I've seen it in my local Carrefour (this was pretty shocking to me, coming from a country where you would need a prescription from a doctor to buy it and could only do so at a pharmacy).
