Question

I am new in Belgium and I am considering buying my first car here. I am looking for some middle age, size and not-expensive car (e.g., wagon, 5000 Euro).
Apart of purchase price and insurance what other cost should I consider? What are the taxes / registration / other fees associated with it? Are they purchase price or motor size or gross weight dependent? Just to get an idea. What is the general registration procedure?
