Bruzz lists best Brussels terraces to catch some rays

10:01 17/05/2017

As temperatures heat up across the country, Brussels regional news platform Bruzz has discovered a way to find the sunniest spots in Brussels to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Thanks to the online tool SunCalc, Brussels residents can follow the sun throughout the day to determine where and when to soak up the sun, or find some shade.

The website, developed in the Ukraine by Vladimir Agafonkin, shows the positioning of the sun at any given moment. Bruzz used SunCalc to create its list of Brussels' sunniest terraces, just in time for the summer. The best spots for sun in the morning include cafés such as Le Fontainas and Le Roi des Belges, according to the list, and cafés such as Belga and Mappa Mundo are best in the afternoon.
