Breastfeeding leave

Not "breast feeding" leave.
You can get 3 months parental leave on top of your maternity for any child under 12. You can use it to extend your maternity (3 months), use it to have an extra month off once a year (solves school holiday problems), or have a day off per week for 15 months.
I think your employer is confused.
