Preparation for childbirth in a fabulous community setting!

Our comprehensive prenatal courses prepare parents-to-be for late pregnancy, labour birth and the early days with the new baby. 16 hours of contact time spread over various sessions provide in-depth, informative, practical and even fun (!) preparation for the arrival of the baby. Classes are very interactive and allow room for discussions and exchange. We're offering HYBRID courses with 50% course time online and 50% in-person at our Clubhouse in Ixelles and fully in-person courses in the Tervuren area.

Our support continues long after the baby has arrived with lots of useful events, member courses, postnatal services as well as socialising opportunities for families with babies and young children all over Brussels.

The next 5-session HYBRID course with 3 online weekday evening classes and 2 in-person Saturday daytime classes at our beautiful Clubhouse in Ixelles for babies due in June starts 11 April:
