Birth Certificate

You usually need an 'extract of the register of births' that is less than 6 months old. So you go back to wherever the birth was registerd and you ask for a suitable extract with the date and the correct name on.
If your name has changed since birth, you will also need all the legal documentation that relates to the name change.
