Could anyone please tell me what the total cost of getting Belgian nationality is for a UK citizen?

If you read the official websites, you'll find the declaration process costs 150 euro and 50 euro, as already mentioned above, for all declaration categories. You really should read the link I included and other official websites.
The other costs such as supporting documents are going to vary per individual situation. For myself, it was 85 euro total to produce a new legalised and translated birth certificate, so total cost was 285 euro, but the more documents needed legalising and translating, the higher the cost.
Citizenship is receiving nationality.
