Belgacom TV - help, how to change it to the NL bouquet of channels

Question

Hi there

I seem to be on the FR list of channels with Belgacom (normal decoder)

I would like to change it to the NL list (there are more English speaking channels)
Here they are

Is this possible to do myself or do I have to call Belgacom?

I have tried to change it in the settings, but it only changes the language, not the selection of channels available

I am in the Flanders region, we had NL channels and the box seemed to change it to the FR bouquet recently

I am sure there's a way to change it back
