Becoming a landlord in Belgium

Question

I am going to rent my Belgian property and wanted to know if anyone had experience of being a landlord. Any tips? Did you use an estate agent, are template agreements available, registered deposit schemes?? Etc. Any advice appreciated.

Sorry I have a large family house in Tervuren (5 bedrooms - three ensuite, plus lounge/diner, kitchen/breakfast, study, family room, garage and cellars).
