Depends on size of room and quality of tiles, but they aren't cheap hard to find cheap ones in my experience most tile shop sell a range and they price per m but they there's grout glue, labour and if you're removing old one that increases the labour because you have, to pay tva on it all. Not easy to find someone who will do a small job either.
Sorry no idea on removing a loo best idea get a plumber in to quote.

At a "very rough" guide, your plumber/tiler will cost approx 50€ to 70€ per hour for labor. Say three days work in total (day 1 removal of old tiles and toilet, day 2 tiling, day 3 grouting and finishing) - something between €1,000 - 1,700. Add to that the costs of materials, for really basic white tiles, you're probably looking at something between €6-10 per meter square. So for a very small bathroom of 2m x 4m you're probably looking at something in total of between say €1,500 and €2,000.

If it is just "decoration, then you could get it cheaper if you are happy to evade tax and pay cash. However, with any job that involves moving electrical items such as switches or lighting / heating, or plumbing you are probably better off using a approved firm as their work will be up to standard. You don't want a crappy installation that devalues your house, or especially in a bathroom, could be dangerous.

We've had quotes up to €27,000 for a 4sqm bathroom rennovation.

So an "approx" guess would have to be something less than €27,000
