August train strikes - getting to coast

Some trains will probably run as the strikes have been called by one fairly small union.

There are no long distance bus/coach services.
On Saturday in August, even if the trains run normally, getting from Brussels to Ostend by road if the weather is good is a nightmare unless you leave at stupid o'clock in the morning and don't start your journey back until midnight.
