an artist looking for a place to share

Hi! After some time devoted to my family I want to go back to my art work. However, I don't have enough space to use for painting ( I'm a painter). Need to find some place where I could paint and keep my stuff. Does anyone know about some community places in Brussels which I could use as such or maybe somebody have a spare room ( in the attics for instance) and would like to rent for free in exchange for some art work ( a portrait maybe?) ? I don't have a budget for renting a studio, any advice?
