I am looking for a civil engineer or someone competent to oversee and report on repairs needed at a property in Wezembeek Oppem. The property has a tenant and part of the remit would be to liase with teh tenant and ensure that works are done correctly, timely, at a reasonable price and without too much disruption to the tenant.
